Sir Paladin? I’m frightened. The world is dark and dangerous and I am small and fragile. I am not a warrior of the light. The darkness threatening to consume me from within ensures that, if my distaste for violence hadn’t already. I don’t know what I’m asking exactly.. I guess I just want to be acknowledged by someone who might protect me if they could. I’m desperately hoping that I’m worth protecting.
